NB Coaching was founded by head coach, Nina Boyd. Nina is a seasoned career coach with over 10 years of experience helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. She has worked with 100+ clients across all different industries, with extensive experience with Tech Start Ups (Seed - Series D).
Nina focuses on her clients strengths, interests and personalities, while still developing an actionable plan. She focuses on career development and personal growth- whether you are looking to advance in your current role, transition to a new career, or simply gain clarity on your professional path.
Nina first found her passion for guiding others towards success when she helped build WayUp, a platform ensuring candidates from all backgrounds have an equal opportunity to get hired. Prior to founding NB Coaching, Nina was a certified Career Coach at The Muse for 4+ years.
